Arborlawn Children’s Academy Now Accepting Resumes

 
Arborlawn Children’s Academy is now accepting resumes for teaching positions. We will be looking for some degreed and non-degreed teachers. We will be hiring teachers for our infants, toddlers, 2’s, 3’s, and pre-k classes. The deadline to apply is March 16th. If you have any questions, please contact Kim Cordell at 817-731-0701.

Arborlawn Children’s Academy

 
2, 3, or 5 day options for infants, toddlers and 2 year olds.
3 or 5 day options for 3 and 4 year olds.
 
9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. with extended day by reservation from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
 
Low student ratios to meet individual needs.
Infant Class (8 weeks -12 months), 2 teachers for 6 infants.
 
Toddler Class (12 months - 23 months), 2 teachers for 8 children.
 
2's Class (24 months - 35 months), 2 teachers for 10 children.
 
3's Class (must be 3 years old by 09/01/2015), 1 teacher and 1 aide for 12 children.
 
Pre-K 4 Class (must be 4 years old by 09/01/2015), 1 teacher and 1 aide for 14 children.
 
Registration will begin on February 23, 2015.
 
Tuition:
 
$75.00 (non member) $50 (Arborlawn member) non refundable registration fee due with registration form.
$50.00 supply fee due in September an January for infants and toddlers.
$100.00 supply fee due in September and January for 2, 3, and 4 year olds.
 
$200 per month for 2 days a week.
$300 per month for 3 days a week.
$500 per month for 5 days a week.
 
When registering more than one child, the family would receive a 10 percent discount on the lowest tuition.
 
Extended day from 2:00-4:00 p.m., $10.00 per day with advanced reservation.

Arborlawn Welcomes New Preschool Director, Kathy Wymer

 
Arborlawn Children's Ministry is pleased to announce our new Preschool Director, Kathy Wymer.
 

Kathy is currently the Director of Camp Fire Child Development Center. Kathy graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement and Math Specialization. Kathy served as a preschool assistant director and later started a private church preschool. She also has worked as the director of a specialized non-profit preschool for children with hearing impairments. Kathy was named as the 2014 Administrator of the Year for the DFW area. Arborlawn is so pleased to have Kathy start our new preschool.

Arborlawn Opening Preschool Aug. 2015

Arborlawn is happy to announce the opening of our new preschool in August 2015. Arborlawn Preschool will be for infants through Pre-K. Our CDO/MDO will continue through the end of June. At that time, we will close to get ready for our preschool opening.
 
We will be taking resumes for a director from now until December 15th. At that time, a committee will interview and hire a director that will begin in January. Starting in February, our CDO/MDO families and Arborlawn members will be able to begin to register. Prices and hours have not been set yet.
 
We believe this will be a great opportunity for Arborlawn and hope that your family will continue with us. I will continue to keep you updated through letters and emails. You can also get up to date information by liking Arborlawn and Arborlawn Children's Ministry on Facebook.
