November 2 is All Saints Sunday, the day set aside in the Christian Year to remember those who we love who have made a significant impact on our lives and faith and have completed this life and now live forever in the church eternal.
During the time of remembrance in our traditional services, the names of the members who have died in the past year are spoken aloud during worship and a bell is rung in their memory. The All Saints Remembrance Banner is a symbolic reminder of all of those who have touched our lives and have been witnesses to our faith throughout our lives. Each bell represents a person whose legacy and life continues to be carried within our own.
We look forward to this memorable service and hope it will be a blessing to everyone as we remember those who have touched our lives, shared life with us, and offered to us a glimpse of what the love of Christ is truly like. We honor each of these this Sunday as we remember the saints who have gone before us.
