A well known outreach at Arborlawn is our involvement with the Samaritan House Supper Club. This mission involves volunteers from various Sunday School classes and other groups preparing or purchasing food for the evening meal for the Samaritan House residents. Groups from other churches and organizations in Fort Worth also help out on a rotating basis. Arborlawn's commitment is usually for the 4th Thursday of each month, but some of our groups also help out on other days. Our church has had volunteers contributing to this mission since 1998.
The schedule for the remainder of 2014 is: May 22, Friendship Class; June 12, Crossing Point Class; June 26, Bible Study Class; July 24, Ben Feemster New Testament Class; August 14, Searchers Class; August 28, The Journey Class; September 25, Friendship Class; October 9, Searchers Class; October 23, Open Door Class; December 11, Missions Team; December TBD, Faith Bible Class.
