UCC MAY NEEDS
Thank you for all the clothes you have given to the Polytechnic Center (United Community Centers). These clothes move out almost the same day as we receive them. As you pack up the school clothes at the end of May, please send outgrown, gently used school uniforms and school backpacks to us as well as gently used school supplies such as crayons, magic markers, etc. When a child has nothing, these items are treasures. We have room to store them until August.
WESTAID NEEDS NON-PERISHABLES
Arborlawn's generosity has been a vital factor in WestAid's ability to assist families in need and is greatly appreciated. WestAid is experiencing an increase in numbers of families assisted this year compared to last year. That, along with decreased donations, has left the pantry in need. There is a particular need for staples such as mac and cheese, green beans, corn, cereal, and any non-perishable food. Donations may be left in the WestAid boxes in the SAM Building or in the hallway near the Parlor. Thank you for helping WestAid serve God's children.
